Tips & Tricks for Labor (Hands-on Class)
Nervous about how you'll handle labor or how your husband will support you? Come and learn some tried and true comfort measures for labor from experienced doulas! This is a great supplement to your childbirth class or as a brush up for experienced parents to get some hands-on tips and tools.

Choices in Childbirth
Choices in Childbirth is designed for parents wanting to learn their options and gain more knowledge to prepare for birth. If you think you may want an unmedicated birth or would like to avoid interventions, this class is for you. Learn how to work with your body to encourage natural hormones to relieve pain and progress labor. We'll talk about some common interventions that can disrupt the natural labor process and how to avoid the cascade of interventions. Let us help you gain the knowledge and confidence to have the kind of birth you want.
